On Sunday morning, 3 September 2006,  our Aussie Rules Football players Alton Matthew, Comrie Tabuai, Daniel Dau, Frank Charlie, and Repu Kris left for a 820+ km drive to Weipa, Cape York. The next three days they were at an AFL (Australian Football League) carnival where 4 teams competed for the Crusader Cup; they also did a cultural performance. They had a fantastic time and returned on Thursday, 7 September.
